I had Sarah work on the conveyancing of my rental property in Hamilton, with the assistance of Vikki. I live in the South Island now and they managed this inability to be there in person brilliantly. Both ladies were great at communication and dealt with what I thought was a pretty tough negotiation (based on tenancy issues), and guided me through the process professionally. The fees were what I would consider very reasonable for the work that was put in. I will be returning to them for future work regardless of my location, and highly recommend the firm to anyone.
