   Absolutely deserves 5 stars. Both receptionists polite and helpful, and I was seen by Liz who is the most professional, kind, funny and caring health service worker I have come across. Liz took her time to explain various contraceptive options available in detail, ensured I was okay throughout the procedures, made an effort to distract me from any discomfort i was experiencing and and supported me with other requirements that I was not originally booked in for. Thankyou ladies, what a pleasant visit. 10/10

   The nurse Claire was very friendly, professional and helpful. It was my first time visiting here trying the pills and I was feeling a bit awkward but she made me comfortable. She explained so well until I have understood and her explanation to my concerns was very clear. I would highly recommend this place!

   The receptionist was extremely rude I called to see if i could get a prescription for a week while I waited for my appointment because I have low iron and bleed without it and she was saying I had to come in store even though i’ve been offered over the phone appointments before.
