   Called and asked about registering at this clinic as my partner and I have just brought a home a few blocks away. The receptionist on the phone was extremely helpful and advised there should be no issue with registering and I would just need to come in and pick up a registration form. When I came in to pick the form up I waited for close to 10minutes to be acknowledged at the counter (there were numerous employees wandering in and out of the reception area with no one coming to serve me), when I finally did get served the receptionist was extremely rude. I explained that I had been informed that I could register by someone from the clinic and she said No we aren't accepting new patients. I explained what I had been told the previous day and she again tried to say no they wouldn't accept me. After more back and forwards she reluctantly and rudely finally accepted that she needed to honour what I had been told and gave me a form. It sounds like there has been a miscommunication between the receptionists about accepting new clients but regardless, there is no need for such a rude attitude. Looking at the other reviews this isn't an uncommon experience. I wont be registering there as I dont really fancy being met with such hostility when Im trying to get healthcare!

   Unorganized and rude. Waited over half an hour for my sons appointment and reminded the receptionist to which she never bothered to come and let me know what was happening, I ended up having to leave as it was cutting into my sons nap time. Never apologized for the inconvenience, rang me half way home to see if I would turn around and come back, again no apology. Changing doctors.

   Rung to book an appointment on behalf of my bf due to being sick to ring himself and book a appointment with his family doctor who currently works there but on leave. Asked if there is any doctor available today she said yes and wanted details but once I said, “im booking for someone else” (which I meant my bf), she told me to go accident centre and said bye and hung up fast. Very poor phone service like she doesn’t want any new patients coming in.
