This Pharmacy deserves a better rating than it has. The staff here have been phenomenal, and nothing short of top tier. Often they'll see me approach and know exactly why I'm there and have my prescriptions ready. The manager is attentive, committed and friendly. She knows her customers well and adds a real personal feel to the place. This pharmacy is amazing, and right from the beginning has astounded me with its professionalism and service.
My go to pharmacy. Shop at the same time as your prescription is filled. Great service. Obliging staff. Always ready to help.
I was frustrated at having to pay for a child's subscription not knowing that it was going to cost money, on leaving the counter I swore in frustration and the Asian girl heard and she asked what I said so I told her what I said not realizing she would treat me like I directed my swearing at her personally. She then told me she wouldn't fill the prescription so I said to her that I called the prescription cost $%^&**(....When you go in public you hear swearing all the time. So when you are standing behind a counter that does not give you the authority to decline someone's prescription because you over heard the person swear. We were both leaving the counter and she had to turn around to ask me what I said so that is an indication that I was not swearing directly at her. I get it customer service can be an abusive line of work. But in this instance you treated me like I abused you where I hadn't. That's not fair.
Just because scripts are free shouldn't mean consistently slow service, They chat behind the counter not making eye contact until you are deemed worthy of being served. Every time. 20 minute wait for a script that was handed over as they opened doesn't seem appropriate. They also need to update website to include Christmas/NY hours and save people a wasted trip
Quite a busy pharmacy, good idea to ring ahead if getting prescription repeats. Helpful staff, the convenience of chemist needs when your shopping is a bonus. Can be quite a wait if they are busy.
