   I was assigned this pharmacy a few months ago and I am blown away! The level of care they provide for each customer, is insane. They go the extra mile for their patients, and as often as possible. The store is always bright and clean and tidy. They know their jobs well, they know their products well, and they know their customers well. Not to mention you can UberEats stuff from them. Anyway, don't storm it because it'll get too busy lol but legit, if you are someone who struggles with mental health, this is the pharmacy you want. People that actually care and love their jobs. They are always smiling. Thanks so so much you guys! You guys are amazing! ❤

   I have chronic medical issues & the owner & staff here are the BEST in the Waikato, & south Waikato, & Piako/Matamata 10000% Excellent service, understanding & knowledgeable staff always, I’ve NEVER felt judged here unlike many other places. They truely are the right people to be in our broken system, they give us a sense of stability & trust & care where that’s missing entirely in other places. Very grateful for the teams’ commitment to helping without judgement. I’ll sooner go to these people for advice I can trust before I’d call anyone else bar my own GP. 100/10.    Each time I interact with the staff at this pharmacy I am overwhelmed with how incredible their customer service is. They greet me by name and check in with me, and go above and beyond to accommodate me. They are consistently gracious and humble & kind, and I can’t rate them enough.    When I couldn’t get an appointment for my child with a nasty cough to see a GP, I rung around places looking for somewhere to do a strep throat swab. Unichem were caring and welcoming straight away. We were seen immediately and my 3year old left happy with a lollipop. After my stressful day nursing my sick child and ringing multiple practices and failing to find a GP, I left Unichem comforted and reassured by the pharmacist that I was doing all the right things.

   I cannot speak highly enough of Raman and his wonderful team, and recommend this pharmacy to everyone I know. As someone who has had a few changes in medication this year, it gives me great comfort to know that I have someone I can trust that is overseeing this. If I have any concerns I can pick up the phone or pop in and have those concerns laid to rest by the most kind and compassionate staff, it truly makes such a difference. Thank you!
