Good service if you go into the shop, but try and ring! Good luck with that. So annoying. I'm sick of being told 'someone will ring back'. Just doesn't happen. Such poor service. Next time I'm going to OPSM.
fantastic serviice fitting glasses, and a year later went in for glasses maintanence etc, and again, outstanding Customer Service. The staff are always very friendly, professional and great for advice on styles
I didnβt enjoy my experience here unfortunately, when picking up my new glasses. I had Kirsty. I also had to chase up my glasses which were in store, but no one bothered to ph me
I have been going to Specsavers almost since they first opened and their service, pricing and ease is just brilliant. I went in today with my first ever issue and it was sorted out by Shaun beyond my expectations.. Thank you so much Shaun :) I even had my Mum get her hearing aids from Specsavers and again, brilliant service, quality and price. You should go to Specsavers :) Regards Mike
Customer service was absolute rubbish from my experience. I went in looking for new sunglasses frames for my prescription lenses, entertained myself for close to 10 minutes trying on different styles while 4 or more people were moving around the placeβ¦.. not once was I offered help or even βIβll be with you shortlyβ. Which is a shame because I would have purchased from there. Not now!
Amazing service here, from the time I stepped foot into the shop until the time I stepped out, everyone was great! Would highly recommend.
