Always great to see my GP. Excellent service and my doctor goes the extra mile. Love my Doctor as she is there for me 24/10.
It was 5 stars but considering its nearly impossible 2 get an appointment and lately my emails aren't returned and I havnt been able 2 get my daughters repeat prescriptions.
Staff are super friendly and place is very clean
Travelled one hour for my appointment, which was booked in one week in advance, to receive a call in the morning to cancel them, for a nonsense excuse. I'd a driving medical exam booked, which NZTA says can be done by any clinic who is registered, but Tui Medical said it couldn't because they didn't have my GP history. Very unprofessional
Doctor go me sorted with what u needed for my afflictions. Can't complain.
Not good in communication. Waiting on a response i after an appointment now since weeks. The opening hours are catastrophic for people who are working

Best doctors, doctor's assistants and nurses, always willing to accommodate me when I drop in with sick children. Brad the receptionist is always helpful too. Never wait longer than an hour.
