Branded truck failed to give way at an intersection causing evasive action from myself and subsequently other drivers. Could only be described as arrogance by the driver (or maybe thinking that driving rules don’t apply to them).
Jace is the man, never had issues with transportation always prompt, keeps me in the loop, never had damaged goods delivered to customers.....Unlike so many other agencies!
I thought I would email you to say that we had a great experience today with the delivery young man that came to our home. I must think it was the first time that we got a call from a delivery person even when asked but he rang us to say he was on his way which then allowed us to have everything ready for him.A polite happy relaxed young man, nothing was a problem. He took his time to work through what was needed with a couple extra hands.
