   What an absolute nightmare trying to reschedule a delivery after missing my package. They have a stupid robot on the phone so you can't talk to a real person what an absolute joke trying to deal with FedEx.

   Initially delivered my parcel to the wrong address then denied they did. It took four days for them to find it and then it arrived damaged. I then asked for the next parcel to be delivered to the station at which point they couldn’t find it and took two of them over twenty minutes to find it

   I really appreciate my FedEx delivery man. I have not meet him but he always puts parcels neatly stacked and in the area he's been told. I don't have any go missing or any problems with the service. Infact, I am going to use them to send things from the South Island to my family in the North Island.

   They send you an email, make you pay for a package you have already paid for then suddenly I can't track my parcel any more and the email they sent is suddenly unable to be read let alone opened its a total scam. I am angry!

   This company is absolute mess and hard to deal with, terrible customer service. No Response of emails, calls always goes to voicemail.Even after paying my clearance charges for more than 10 days. Not received my courier. They give 3 days for payment if failed charges 15$/ day. Should the customer also get refunded if they are delaying to send the courier by day?

   Absolutely terrible service!!!! My parcel is held for 5 months - (17/07/2022 - today 15/12/2022). No one help, customer service is totally horrible. I am constantly asking for information, but no one help. Manager// supervisor don't give a callback. Please use DHL, be aware of FedEx, horrible customer service.

   Absolutely terrible service. My item is held for customs clearance. I have provided the requested documents and after numerous emails, and phone calls (which end up either hanging up or being on call for almost an hour), no one has come back to me. Simply terrible, terrible customer service.

   Big thank you to Fatin Farhana (Hana) | Operations Support Agent FedEx Christchurch. I was so disappointed that my package from EU was stopped because of the two items on invoice was not in English, so for one week I was not aware of this issue still not being resolved. I called them and nothing was done or explained to me that I need to provide new invoice. So I went to depot to talk to someone to help me and Fatin should get paid more for her job!!!! Best customer service ever!!!!!! This 5-star review is for Fatin !!!!!!
