   Terrible service Told many lies about reasons for not delivering my parcel Stating they were having many issues with their delivery trucks and breakdowns. All I want is to have my parcel delivered with no more excuses. I would never use FedEx again, I've had a very terrible and stressful experience with them. Regards Denise Godwin

   I finally got my parcel from the depo, after the driver decided to not deliver it. Our street had some roadwork on that day, but not in our address, which was completely accessible from the other direction. People pay premium for the prompt service/delivery, not for finding excuses.

Its great to see one of your courier drivers greeted me at the door with a huge smile and an awesome attitude. He is the epitome of what all customer service standards should strive to achieve anywhere/everywhere and should be appreciated for a job well done!!!

   I've pretty much gone through every stage in the process with TNT now, in a very short period. So here is my breakdown. Price: Hard to beat TNT's 10kg and 25kg large freight box rates, the economy product is incredibly good value if you are sending heavy large volumetric items overseas, or importing. Its worth getting an account for this alone. UI: Its easy to book freight compared to NZ Post ESHIP. Only comment I would make is you need to make sure you include all documentation in the consignment pack/sticky window that goes on box Communication: Emails and phones are regularly answered. If I have an issue I can actually talk to one person Insurance: I've had to make a claim, which was eventually accepted COVID: Given the situation, TNT have done well to keep freight moving compared with NZ Post and EMS.

   Still waiting on a shipment from the UK. It's been two weeks now and still nothing. You're meant to be a courier service!! How is it that DHL can get the same order here in half the time? Do not recommend at all.

   absolutely useless. we've paid for a 3 day service from OZ to NZ and two weeks later we are still waiting for our shipment to be processed at customs. no contact no nothing from TNT. yesterday we finally contacted them ourselves and they were full of excuses and promised an expedited processing. 24 hours later still no invoice in order to get our goods to be released from customs. a complete disgrace!
