   I bought a parcel from overseas .No information tracking etc.Contacted sender .They kept giving responses like plz wait longer.It has been nearly 2 months .Contacted NZ post done a enquirie.They responded that it is at chch mailing center .Has been there since 3.1.25 28 days and they couldn't do a thing.Told me to wait also .OMG .Getting nowhere.Canr get hold of chch mailing center.No way to find parcel that's been sitting at chch mail c for over a month in NZ.No body can do anything .Not good enough NZ POST. You must hav a lost property or something .

   NZ Post is the worst delivery service in the world!!! Still waiting on a parcel that took 4 days to travel from the UK to Auckland but it's taking 7 days and counting for it to travel from Auckland to Christchurch. It's quicker for it to travel half way around the world than it is to travel within NZ!

   Dissatified with NZ Post, first parcel sent by local post office with incorrect customs document, secondly charged incorrect amount, now parcel has not been received after 3 months of waiting for a overseas destination.. call centre seems to lack urgency on the matter , along with the supervisor who has failed to call me.

   Worked for Post all up for 44 years. Mail is being replaced by email and texting worldwide now. Had some good and bad leadership over the years. It has helped me buy a house and pay the bills.
