   We phoned TWICE to confirm we could collect a courier delivery, sent via pbt, from this depot. Yes you can we were told on both calls. Then 2 days later the courier delivery was refused & sent back because they don't do collections here. Obviously not particularly intelligent people working for this crowd!

   They lost my parcel twice, and all they have to say is contact the sender for replacement. Poof! My parcel disappears as soon as it reaches their premises in Chch! No proper investigation whatsoever.. First time I have dealt with them and Im not surprised to all these other reviews say, they don't deserve a star.

   Not all customer representatives are equals. I have to say, I'm very pleased with Mikayla's performance today (perhaps from the Auckland branch?). She went above and beyond to provide excellent service for my request. To whom it may concern, give her a raise! Story time: I made an online purchase from Auckland to be delivered to Christchurch. It said on the tracking tool that it was "Out for Delivery" yesterday, but by 3 pm, the parcel had not arrived. I had contacted customer service as prior to this, I've had parcels failing to arrive to me at my address whenever PBT is in charge of delivery. Perhaps it had happened twice, but the address they had did not consist of my unit number, thus, delivery failed. The rep I contacted yesterday had taken down my actual address and my phone number to contact me for further updates, but no callback was received. When I called today and Mikayla was on the line, she had given clear information, contacted the driver and actually did call back just seconds before my delivery arrived. As many others have said in the reviews section here, PBT needs to do a better job at updating their tracking tool or hire more employees, like Mikayla, to improve their ratings. I don't know if it's the online retailer's fault for not providing my exact address, but having both of my deliveries from two retailers lead to the same results, PBT definitely needs to address this issue.

   Delivery driver left a parcel with no attempt to hide it or take it back to the depot. ended up stolen, Will never use a company that uses pbt again. Worst carrier service in nz!!! Save yourself a headache and keep clear of these guys!

   Do not rely on their tracking to make sure someone will be home during delivery. My parcels were updated that were out with a driver 1 minute before they were "delivered" so when he was in his van at my house obviously. $500 worth of items that couldn't be left at the front door so I made sure to check on the status often so I could make sure someone was home, what a waste of time. They left a blank ticket with no reference number and didn't ring but stated they did. Now after sorting out a redelivery I will be wasting more time. Sort your stuff out PBT. You have a great tool there with the tracking, how about you USE IT!

   I had never heard of PBT Couriers before, that is, until the firm I ordered some fragile goods from used them. Pickup in Taupo was swift with arrival in Christchurch the next night. Real easy to track and the goods arrived in perfect condition. I picked up from the Christchurch depot as I only have a PO Box and not a residential address. Very friendly service on pickup. A totally transparent and seamless experience. IMO just as good, if not better than NZ Post Couriers.

   Multiple times i have relied on PBT to deliver supplies for my business and every single time its delayed. I pay top price to have them on urgent delivery and they still leave my orders at the depo just "sitting" there. You can not reach them directly to locate the exact situation of your shipment. They deliver when they feel like it.
