   Drove out here needed to send something in express overnight. Thought it would helpful to obviously drop off at this location as it says it takes the next flight out. (stated website) Googled it, drove out to find a note on door they dont handle customers anymore and it is not a point to send from. Ok could alter your presence on Google then so we dont waste our blimmen time. Gonna have to go down to spitfire.

   Never knock on the door and if by some miracle they do, they don't wait for someone to answer. Always leave a card to call. What is the point of a courier if you have to go and pick up your parcel every time.

   Was waiting for a international parcel, it was delivered to the wrong address. Receiver at wrong address put it in a local postbox with "wrong address". I emailed twice to try and intercept this before it went back to the sender. I phoned twice was told it has been redirected to me and this is your case number. I then emailed again after i checked the tracking a week later and saw it's now back in the country it came from. How does this happen you have so many loop holes in your system.

   The worst company you can employ to do work. How hard is to handover a courier to a customer just bunch of fool and nonsense customer care doesn’t know how they operate did an overnight courier and took them 5 days and yet not delivered appalling service

   I've had 2 lots of Census gear that I've had to pick up twice from Belfast Post Shop because the lazy courier divers never came around or left a card and I was at home on the days they reckon they'd been around. They have a service to provide but probably claimed the hours & ks for going to my address also.

   Driver 24 - Ross. Is an absolute legend. Tried to call up and pass this on. But couldn't get the right number. Was broken down on the motorway and he stopped and helped out. He went above and beyond to help me. Which I really appreciated considering I had a 1 year old in the back. Really top bloke!

   Never had a parcel go Missing big or small being the sender of receiver. They look after our parcels like they are their own. Love their tracing App and feel safer knowing where our parcels are while being delivered. Courier Post update me via my Gmail account which is great. Best company ever & will always choose them to send our parcels over anyone else. Also need to add their team delivering and in store are very friendly & helpful. Got to know some of them well. Thanks guys for taking care of us. Keep up the good work

   The counter is closed during Alert 2, don't bother to go pickup your package if the card says so. You need to arrange redelivery. 1 star as a note with false pickup options left, just lost 2hrs of my time. Very dissatisfied
