   Rangiora service is sometimes ok. But every now and then my parcel gets left in my letterbox which is very visible to everyone. Come on Rangiora drivers please deliver my parcel to my door and not my letterbox.

   The courier driver didn't even bother to knock on my door, just dumped my parcel at the door step. I know this for a fact because my couch is right next to the door where I was sitting and I heard him just dump and leave. We pay extra for a courier service for the security it provides our packages.

   Absolutely useless. I had parcels delivered from a company in Rotorua and one in South Taranaki on same day. The "Fast"way one was collected in morning, PBT couriers in the afternoon. The PBT one arrived at my address two days later, the "Fast"way one is still sitting in their depot 8 days later even though I was told it would be delivered today, As they are very secretive on their website about how to contact head office I will put the email address here - I recommend people complaint to head office as maybe something will be done about them. they really should have this email address on their website.    Horrendous service. This use to be an excellent freight company, but not any more. You can't phone them as only get automated service, they refise to reply to emails or online service requests. I've been waiting over 4 weeks for a parcel to travel 50km. I went to the depot and they promised it would be sent as a priority, that was over a week ago, still waiting. WLLL NEVER USE AGAIN

   Still waiting from to hear from my inquiry after 10 days it is now 16 days since my parcel was posted and I’m still waiting to receive it I’ve contacted various fast way couriers and no one is helpful I would not recommend to use this Courier even in Covid 19 it is taking long way too long. I feel they have lost my parcel but no response from anyone & all Kaiapoi,Rangiora is not contactable.

   Awaiting a parcel from Fendalton to Rangiora- Canterbury its been 17Days now- I could've walked to Fendalton and picked it up myself. Even with covid19 my other parcels have arrived from around NZ in much less time. The Worst Courier service Ever!!!! If I could rub this star out I would✴️
