Only put one star because you have to. Shockingly poor service. Overnight parcel not delivered after 9 days. One out of four customer service people actually bothered to do anything. Told it was with a courier but no one knew which one, turned out they were lying was at depot whole time. Recipient had to pick up in end or was not going to be delivered. Refund hah no. DO NOT USE. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

It took 4 Days for them to deliver My Perishable cookies from Auckland. It was picked up Thursday, Friday was a public holiday. But for a perishable order I would hope and expect it to be delivered ASAP and not wait till Monday to deliver. I donβt know what state of storage is(is the room cool or gets hot with the weather). But the chocolate was nearly melted when it was delivered.

First of all, tagging parcel as missed delivery without really checking if someone is inside. Second, even if I had delivery instruction, it wasnβt followed. Third, when I called their office, it was poor customer service. Canβt even tell an estimated time for collection, doesnβt have a system to check. And lastly, the person on the line dropped my call when i havenβt finished yet what iβm saying. I hope the management will do something about this. Not a good experience for a first timer. I didnβt choose this courier but the sender should have checked wisely.

Just want to give a shout out the the courier driver who delivered my parcel to Spreydon/Barrington area last week. As it was an urgent medical package, and as it was a Friday, she took the time to call my provided phone number and check I'd be home so she didn't miss me (which would mean I'd have to wait until Monday to get my package). Super impressed with this level of customer service and has probably convinced me to use you guys over other couriers for business needs in the future. That woman deserves a pay raise, fantastic company representation.

No idea how this company is still active as they either deliver things to the wrong house or they put expensive stuff in your letterbox and sign for it themselves which defeats the purpose of even choosing signature requirements! People choose to have a signature delivery so that the parcel isnβt left out where it can be stolen. I have twice had this company sign for alcohol which was left out on my deck and no doubt they have done this to other people as well, itβs completely illegal! You canβt leave alcohol out without verifying the age of the people youβre leaving it with, and you canβt just leave it out in the open and sign for it yourself because if some child was to steal it and get alcohol poisoning, your company will be 100% liable!

The worst service ever. 1 parcel recently was left a few houses away and another was put on a random doorstep a few streets away. Not even the same house number. Luckily the kind person contacted us and we got it back. The company took 8 hours to see if they could find it.

Some times my package makes it to my door, But other times it gets put in my letterbox which is visible to all . passers-by... THAT REALLY ANNOYS ME!!! Also package dosnt Always get scanned when delivered so I have no idea when it's there. Please don't be so lazy, Bring my parcel to my door thankyou. RANGIORA CUSTOMER

Horrible experience, a parcel is sent to me which is supposed to be overnight, yet it stays in Christchurch for 3 days and still no delivery in Christchurch. It was an important parcel and It was so stressful to deal with these people. Absolutely horrible experience. Anyone who is thinking of using this service should not. If I can give them a negative score, I would. I had to drive 30 Mins to pickup a parcel twice. Never using this service and not recommending anyone to do so .

Absolutely Terrible twice now it has taken 3-4 days on a 2 day service this shows not include pickup day either . Sick of having to chase my parcels. No compensation and this second one told it would be delivered by a time and guess what still waiting. Goes through answer machine on phone now. Pass the parcel all the way and way cheaper postage too. My goods have only taken overnight to north island from south island. I definitely expected better for the high price rate I paid for nz Couriers
