    Took 2 business days to get my Parcel to me from Auckland to Christchurch. Arrived in mint condition. Considering we're in the thick of all the Stat Holidays in the Christmas Period I was pleasantly surprised to have it arrive before the New Year.

    Two stars is generous. I have been waiting on a parcel since it arrived in Christchurch Monday morning. Courier depot is same suburb as us. Parcel has been on board & apparently they couldn’t find our address. No other carrier has this issue. Just lazy driver who doesn’t care! Earliest I will see parcel is tomorrow when hopefully it is on board again. What a waste of time.

    They don't follow delivery instructions, or gate instructions and drop fragile taped parcels over fences. I have cameras and signs saying go to front door. Not hard!!!!

    If I could give less I would. Packages left outside my business in THE RAIN while we are closed, in the middle of a busy town square! We have a delivery spot out of view and under cover. Why leave cardboard boxes in puddles while it is raining? I’ve tried contacting them. Phone called never get answered. No answering phone. How can I even get in contact with someone to tell them what the drivers are doing?!!!

    Your delivery company is really unreasonable. This 5 items was picked up early on the 13th, but by noon on the 14th, only one item arrived. I asked about the remaining four items, and you replied they would be delivered on the 15th. However, I waited the entire day until 5 PM, and you didn’t arrive. When the first item was delivered, you just left it at the door without requiring a signature. Fortunately, I was home and noticed it. If the cargo had been stolen, would you take responsibility? Do you plan to do the same with the remaining four items? You promised delivery the next day but didn’t deliver. This is truly unacceptableβ€”there’s no notification, so I have no idea when you will arrive, and there’s no signature required. If the items are stolen, is the customer just supposed to consider it their own bad luck?

    Lazy courier left my $300 Lego parcel in the yard next to my letterbox. Didn't even have the decency to deliver it to my front door which is secluded. Any neighborhood kid could have picked it up easily. Got an official response from Castle that he did nothing wrong as the parcel didn't need to be signed for. Unbelievable.

    The parcel was picked up in Rangiora on 3/4/23 to be delivered to me in Christchurch. Unfortunately I was told the driver could not locate the parcel and probably gone missing. This is unacceptable as the parcel wasnt from North Island or overseas. Castle Parcel owed me an explanation. They never responded to my email. When I rang the staff member said she contacted the driver but driver doesnt know about the parcel. Completely hopeless and pathetic. Its getting on my nerves. Such a mistake shouldnt have happened. It seems like they have couldnt care less attitude. Everyday I have been calling. Same reply. Dont know where is the parcel. I am getting very angry and sick of them. Useless courier!!!

    14 days and counting for a simple small item delivery from Auckland to Christchurch. To compare DHL just delivered a similar size parcel from Sydney to Chch and it took 3 days. Never ever use Castle Parcels

    They answered their phone very quickly and the lady was helpful. I was surprised, because NZ Post leaves you on hold for 30 minutes before you eventually give up and hang up. My only criticism is that you don't get a text message or email from them when the parcel has been delivered, unlike NZ Post. I get my parcels delivered to parcel collect locations for security, but with this courier, I have no text message to show to the collection helpdesk which is problematic.
