If I could give less that one star i would. Today I was meant to have a package dropped off containing Alcohol which had to be signed for. There were people home, I was out and got a email to say it had been delivered signed by "pr" and left in the mail box. Got home nothing there! Emailed post haste and driver claims he left by the door. ( if so why did you sign for it and write it was left in mail box! Now they have opened a dispute and driver has untill the 16th of December to fill out the paperwork for it. While I sit and wait and now wont get a replacement in time for Christmas. Absolutely disgusting behavior from the driver and the fact you have lied about where you put it as camera dont show him coming up the drive let alone to by the door! Post haste definitely are not reputable in my opinion

No problem with that, but when I clearly stated, "please leave parcel by the front door", I did not expect you to just toss it over the gates, which are always clearly unlocked. 3x parcels booked for pickup within 2 day max. Still not picked up after four days. Multiple calls from me to customer service and them speaking to the driver and still no action. Obviously they can't make him pick up so he feels he doesn't need to. No consequences for the driver so no pickup for me. What a mickey mouse outfit.

They are taking ages to deliver a parcel even with overnight parcel. Call them multiple time as keep promise will deliver tomorrow and nothing happen. The parcel been pick up at 24th Nov and no update since then, can't get delivered until now. Driver came yesterday but just my colleague parcel. Worst logistic ever.

I have no idea what happened to this company, been using them 5 years ago for business and all was fine, but currently it's disastrous - they got my parcel on 6th of November in Aukland airport with the destination at Christchurch city and it's 11th of November, still not delivered. To the call yesterday I got confirmation that it will be delivered yesterday, it wasn't, todays answer to ,my call was that operator will ask delivery driver to mark my parcel as important (or higher priority, something in between these lines). I am sorry, but it's already almost a week and it's not delivered. My recommendation - avoid them at any price, at least for now, maybe someone would buy that company and reorganise, as currently it's just a joke, not a company

If I could give zero stars I would. Occasionally I will speak to someone friendly and willing to help, and to those individuals I applaud their efforts, but for the most part their customer service needs some serious work. Unwilling to give explanations or assistance in understanding why their delivery targets are consistently not met and can be extremely unfriendly. 5 business day average to delivery packages sent via overnight delivery. 12 business days to receive something sent via the two day service. I am not based anywhere even remotely rural so there is no excuse. It's easier to trek out 1.5 hours on public transport to the airport and collect it myself! If I see that Post Haste is the only courier option available, I find somewhere else to source what I need so I don't have to deal with them unless I have zero other choice. Not once have I ever received a parcel within their overnight or two day timeframe. Post Haste needs to stop advertising these services if they are consistently unable to provide them. Oh and their address on google maps is incorrect - it is only been updated on their website.

Driver threw my parcel which was meant to be sign for over the gate and left. It is now damaged as you can see from the pics. I see you have turned off Facebook reviews since they were all negative!!! Worst company in NZ. Would never use you and will not order from places that use you anymore.
