Ordinarily, I dislike getting my nails done, salons tend to be too noisy and acetone smell overwhelming. But Nail 1 is lovely, friendly technicians and my nails always look great.
Worst experience I have ever had rude, hurt me, instead of soaking my acrylics off she used a nail to pull them off when I asked if she could soak them she got very defensive finally she decided to but was yelling at me saying how long it was going to take, ended up walking out half way through. Nails left sore and raw from being so rough

Poor service and poor quality nail polish⦠only stayed a week. Not polite.
The staff are always so welcoming and pleasant. The space is open and I have not been overwhelmed by fumes as in other places. Great choice of colours, very accommodating and will even choice colours for you and designs. I have always left here feeling really happy with my nails
