   Thoroughly enjoyed the pedicure. Was treated well , very friendly professional ladies. Would recommend highly. Lovely hot cloths around lower legs and hot stones on lower feet so relaxing awesome.

   I had an eyelash tint. Whilst the lady was friendly, this was a horribly painful experience. Instead of applying a thin layer of vaseline & a soft cotton under-eye pad, the lady used a thick white piece of sticky tape under each eye, which I thought was strange. Afterwards, to remove the dye, the lady wiped my lashes with a dry tissue then poked around with a cotton bud - this was unbearable as some dye got in both eyes & they started stinging & watering. Then she removed the tape... WOW! I was not expecting that! The tape felt like it was taking a layer of skin off & was very painful. I mentioned the discomfort & she just kept pulling. My eyes were still stinging from the dye & I had to ask for water to rinse them & was shown to a pedicure basin to rinse my eyes myself. Horrible experience, won't be back.

   Have been coming here for years and enjoy the walk in services available. Generally little to no wait time, but I always factor that into my timeline should they be busy. Today I got builder gel for the first time and it was a great experience. I find the prices on par with other salons. In my experience, reliable service every time.

   I was very disappointed with my manicure and pedicure. I had gel done, but my nails were uneven, the polish started peeling off in chunks, and the pedicure left rough skin instead of smooth. For the price I paid, I expected a professional finish and a relaxing experience, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. I won’t be returning and cannot recommend this salon.

   If you read this before visiting, spend your money elsewhere!! They charge more than anywhere else and rush you through when the salon is empty. Staff sit around on their phones and when a customer walks in, they are looked at with pure disgust and under the breath comments. I witnessed 2 customers being treated like this and one customer asking the technician to pay attention and do the job properly. My polish was bubbled and uneven but I couldn’t wait to get out of there. Do not waste your time or money as there are plenty of other salons that do a MUCH better job for less $$. These guys are absolute crooks.

   Not really happy with the service owner did that for me. She did everything so quickly with rush looks like she just wanted to get rid off. There were heaps of clients in it was fully booked already but she was still taking the walk in as well. I just wasted my money. Not even discussed the cost before i thought i will be the same price according to the website but charged differently. She was not friendly at all.that was my first and last time here. I will not recommend anyone to go there. Its not more than wastage of your money. Being a brown i felt discriminated by the staff. Very disappoint ruined my day. My nails were bleeding after. Worst service i ever had. I was not that late just 5 min. My comment is completely fair and hones. I have no personal issue with you i have mentioned what happened to you. If its busy its not my problem. If you wait for me i have wait to get my service done for so long.

   I waited to post this on the account that the manager did try to resolve this issue but I am not happy with the outcome. I visited their website that I thought had specified acrylic removal. Confirmed over Facebook to get my acrylic nails removed. I went in, not expecting to have my nails completely ruined. My acrylics were trimmed off to a short length and then lifted off underneath, separating my natural nail from my acrylics. This caused me immense pain. I thought they would soak them off (which I asked about later and the lady replied they don’t do that, only for sns nails). After ripping off my acrylics, the lady then tried to snip a bit of my natural nail off and it was painful so she glued it back down. She then tried to drill them down but that too was also painful. She smoothed them with a buffing square and then was finished. I was almost in tears because of how sore my nails were. I paid and left. The next day I messaged the Facebook page to ask a manager to ring me because I was not happy with the service they had provided. I also asked for advise on how to manage them and the lady I spoke to on the phone said to “just let them grow out” and she offered to put nail hardener on for free if I could come in. I accepted this offer. I was running late so called ahead and stayed open an extra 5 minutes. I was then told that my nails had been filed too thin by my previous nail salon - which I was aware of, but the way this place removed my nails would have made things worse. The next morning, 2 of my nails that had exposed nail beds had swelled underneath the nail hardener and were once again painful so I relieved the pressure by popping them. I would not recommend this place to get acrylic nails removed and it seems they have reflected this on their website. They are however really friendly.

   Worst service I have experienced. Got a SNS nail application for myself and a friend (cost $70 each) and ended up with scratched looking nails afterwards. I have had these nails for one day, they used a file on the colour and then put a top coat over it causing my nails to look scratched underneath... also burned my fingers with the drill and caused a few cuts and my fingers to hurt afterward. Asked for a refund and they refused saying 'no one had ever complained about it' and lied about the problem, my friend had the same issue with her nails looking scratched up as well. Photos show the cuts on my finger and the scratched up nails, there was no glitter used so the texture is legit just scratches. Disappointed and then even more let down by their refusal to issue a refund/lying about the service quality.... yikes :(((((
