She is not only knowledgeable on topical skin treatment but also on the holistic approach, working on your skin and health from the inside out. She was proactive on the benefits of your gut and general health long before it was acknowledged in the industry, as to the effects on your skin and well being. Highly recommend Adele, people always commenting on how amazing youthful my skin is, now that I am in my sixties.
