   Had an amazing haircut today with Pawan at Jazz Haircut, Parkvale. After 2 years, this is the first time I’ve had a perfect haircut since moving from Sri Lanka. I’ve tried a few places, but no one was able to get it right until now. Pawan did an outstanding job and paid great attention to detail. He really listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that — the result was even better than expected. Professional, friendly, and very skilled. The whole experience was relaxed and enjoyable, and I walked out feeling very confident with my new look. Highly recommend Pawan @ Jazz Haircut Parkvale. I’ll definitely be coming back!

   Pawan’s got serious skills with the clippers — cheers to him! Just some friendly feedback — the wait times can get pretty long. My mates and I come from Omokoroa, but sometimes the wait makes us consider going elsewhere. Might be time to get another barber on board!

   Horrible customer experience. This barber kid JC, he was very rude, very unprofessional. Not sure how he got this job. When a customer is not satisfied with your service and gives you a feedback, you should apologise and take it positively. Don't be grumpy and swear at your customer. That's very very immature. I complained to the manager. I hope this kid doesn't work there anymore.
