My son who is in a wheelchair and I came into timezone today. Paige was so so so lovely and so kind and went above and beyond to help us! Timezone Victoria street is definitely so lucky to have her and we'll definitely be coming back just because of how so incredibly kind and bubbly she was! I hope timezone knows how lucky they are to have such an amazing employee. Good customer service is hard to find but she went above and beyond to help us! We'll definitely be coming back on a regular basis because of how lovely and helpful she is! She is the kind of employee that goes above and beyond! Thank you Paige for showing us so much kindness and making my 8 year olds day! My 8 year old said we're only ever coming back on the days she's on because of kind she was to us!
I’d like to thank Paige for her amazing customer service, Myself and my partner definitely felt welcomed and had such an amazing time. I love the fact that you can challenge the workers to some of the games and that just brightened our day getting the opportunity to do that, it was so much fun and I couldn’t have thanked her enough. Lia was so amazing, she was warm, friendly, super helpful when it came to which package to get for my kids, even suggested downloading the app to get the specials immediately and then gave them a lollie and toy at the end too. Thank you Lia for making us feel cared for!!
Lia and Sarah at the Hamilton Victoria Street branch provided us such a great time this morning. For a start, Lia took the time to explain why you keep your red card and how the loyalty points work with the different level up cards. I was was so grateful, Ive never really understood why you keep the card, especially when they’re free at issue. I could’ve been on a gold card by now :) They versed us in same games and swiped their card. Fantastic service

Great place to let the kids loose and have some fun.. I only gave 4 stars because inside the claw machines they have really cool big soft toys that you can win, but they squeeze them in so tightly together that it's literally impossible to grab or win anything. Come on timezone, let the kids win some teddys. The photo booth is cool though! The VR ride is my fav, but the head straps need replaced badly.
