   I have to say, MY LEGEL has truly broadened my horizons. I initially thought you were a professional service provider—turns out the only thing “professional” was your ability to pretend. Your “service” was practically sleepwalking, and the only consistent thing was your confidence—completely unaffected by reality. The whole experience felt like watching a bad comedy: delays in processing documents, communication so slow it felt like talking to a brick wall, and when things went wrong, the first reaction was to disappear. Then when you finally reappear, you casually brush it off as a “process issue.” Impressive. If incompetence were an Olympic sport, you’d have taken gold. If you spent even half the effort on doing actual work that you put into dodging responsibility, this mess might not have happened. But as it stands, your biggest strength seems to be turning simple things into disasters, and treating client trust like it’s disposable. Honestly, the only “legal” part of MY LEGEL seems to be your ability to legally take people’s money. And the best part? Even after everything went south, not a hint of accountability—just business as usual, waiting for the next unlucky customer to “enjoy your service.” Might I suggest rebranding to MY LEGEND instead? Because this was truly a legendary experience—one I’ll never forget, for all the wrong reasons. To be clear, I’m not here to insult anyone. I’m just genuinely amazed at the level of service. In all my years of working with different agencies, MY LEGEL is the first to earn a one-star rating powered by the rare combo of zero responsibility and zero competence.
