   Had an awful experience working with Andrew, taking up to 2 weeks to respond to my emails, and when he did he was completely behind the ball. He kept asking for information I had already sent in the first email. I had no idea where in the process we were at, with me having to call to prompt for information. I never received a letter of engagement which is very unprofessional in itself. Never received an email stating what your holiday hours were, I called your firm and only by chance someone picked up the phone and was able to inform me. He was aware I was living in a hostile environment with a time limit, acknowledged this but still didn't work more timely. I ended up changing lawyers who actually had my best interests at heart. My mortgage broker did most of the communication with the other party's lawyer and was my saving grace. What he charged for the little work he did achieve was exuberant, considering I arranged most of what was done with my mortgage broker. If he was too busy to take on my case then he should have stated. This process was dragged out for months unnecessarily, causing a lot of stress. I'm very shocked by how many positive reviews there are considering how poor my experience was.
