Special mention to my solicitor that helped me a lot, Ms. Joan Prado. She's always been kind and very accomodating to me. She is always open and didn't hesitate to answer my questions. Added to this, on our first meeting she managed to draw up the Sales and Purchase Agreement straight away. This helped us a lot as we have time constraint trying to speed up our purchase. Also, she is the type of person that always smile and you know from the first look that she's approachable, meaning you won't hesistate to ask silly questions.
