Highly recommend this dental practice. Got a wisdom tooth extraction. Felt listened to and comforted through it all. So impressed with my experiences here. Everyone is super lovely and accommodating. Was able to bring a support person. The dental assistant was also so lovely too. Zero complaints about this practice. Thank you Duncan Dental, especially a huge thanks to Jenaya for making the experience a lot easier.

I have been going to Richard at this clinic for many years and have nothing but positive things to say about Richard and the rest of the team. Yesterday I had an emergency situation and saw Paul. Paul was rude, did not answer my questions and basically treated me like I was an inconvenience. I hope this was a one off and he was just having a bad day.

I have taken both my teenagers (free for under 18s) and then myself along to Jenaya at Duncan Dental. Jenaya is the most gentle dentist I've ever used and the price was good. Highly recommend

Highly recommend this place! I saw April after having not been to a dentist in over 5 years and I was so nervous. She made me feel comfortable & at ease. She did an awesome clean & I had to go back for a filling but it was so professional & pain-free itβs restored my faith in dentists lol. Have already recommended this place to all my local friends! I have received excellent service from April Hyland. She went out of her way to ensure I got a good set of trays made after they didn't come out quite right the first time. Will confidently recommend her as a dentist.

Didnβt even make it through to booking an appointment as the woman (Judy) who answered the phone was one of the rudest people Iβve ever come across in a receptionist position. She didnβt listen to my explanation of my problem, so I had to repeat myself several times. She spoke to me as if I was an inconvenience to her and treated me with zero respect. I hope the quality of the dentists make up for her appaulling phone manner and treatment of patients. She should be fired and replaced with someone who can treat people with the respect they deserve. Without us, she wouldnβt have a job. Very disappointing!! Fortunately, I got an appointment elsewhere. Do yourselves a favour and avoid Judy like the plague!!
