Service is very quick so professional , chronic ear pain but the level of care here is just very careful attentive and excellent .Administration and staff practice received today is just excellent.Sent away with ear medication according to examination found with antibiotic and follow-up appointment.
Prior to Christmas I developed sudden hearing loss. My initial appointment with Kristen was not only professional, Kristen had empathy, she did as much as she could for me. I even received a wellness email from her a week later to see how I was. My second appointment was also outstanding. Kristen is a real asset to Tolbec.
My husband and I were both seen by Tolbecs and they were truly fantastic. From their level of customer service to the detailed service they provide with such good care, its hard to find business out there that take such great care of their customers. They were really friendly and knowledgeable.
My adult son is autistic with an intellectual disability. Kristen was amazing. She communicated clearly with him each step of the way what she would be doing, the tools she would be using & what it would feel or sound like. She was gentle, patient & kind & checked often with my son that he was comfortable. Fantastic service.

My experience at Tui Ear Clinic was great.I have been to three other Ear clinics in the last year and this has been the best experience so far. Holly at reception was lovely and Nurse Donna was very informative. Donna took the time to explain what she was doing as my ear was being suctioned, she also gave me the option to watch the process on a screen which helped me relax and she was very gentle. Donna also covered aftercare and was very thorough with this. This is the first time I have walked away from an Ear Clinic feeling comfortable about the entire process and confident in my ear healing.Thank you Tui Ear Clinic for being so diligent with your clients it's made such a difference to me and it's so greatly appreciated.
Ear doctor was absolutely amazing. Cool technology and now my hearing is much better. Friendly staff all-round. Like the fact they send you a reminder in a years time because it's something I need annually that's for sure!
Thank you to the Tui Ear Clinic team for looking after my ears! The micro-suctioning was very interesting. It did not hurt at all, plus I was able to see what they are doing on the tv screen. Very good service. Would highly recommend.
