   This dental clinic refuse to see my 4 year old son who has been in pain for the last 2 days in one of his teeth, to the point of needing pain relief he's so upset about it. This clinic asked me to send pictures of his teeth and have decided to refuse him an appt because they cant see a cavity in the bad photos I sent, and because he already had an appt 6 months ago. This clinic clearly don't care about children. Anyone who's had a tooth ache knows how nasty they are, and they're happy to leave my son like that without treatment - disgusting!

   I visited this dental clinic with my 6 years old and oh man! What a great experience it was. We were watching kids movie at waiting area. And when the time come, we met Dr. Manu and his colleague. I liked the way they and my daughter interacted with each other. He gave us a valuable advice. I must say it's always good to know that your kid is on the right track. Can't wait to see them but that's a year from here. Thanks guys. You are awesome.

   Friendly and prompt service, but highly unimpressed that I asked the dentist to confirm if my 14month old was teething (and if so, how many teeth), she had a cursory poke in his mouth and said he 'wasn't teething'... not sure if she's met a 14 month old before, but they're basically never *not* teething during this time. This was frustrating, as based on this information from a dental expert, I began holding off on pain relief during a period of constant night wakings, as the dentist indicated this wasn't teething pain, so I didn't want to medicate unnecessarily. Managed to have a look myself a couple of days after our appointment, and my poor baby has 2 MOLARS coming through, with a further 2 molars cutting through in the fortnight since his appointment. Caused me to doubt my mother's instinct, and literally caused my baby to suffer unnecessarily. The whole appointment felt incredibly rushed. Please be more thorough with your dental exams, you can't know what decisions they can influence.

   My daughter who was very anxious after a terrible experience in another city, had a wonderful experience here with Roo (think that was their name). They made sure my daughter felt comfortable and relaxed, they talked on a level that my daughter would understand. They delivered information to me in an honest manner that didn’t make me feel like a terrible parent! Thank you for restoring her faith in dentists. ❤️

   Really good service took the kids for their dental needs nice and clean, the reception nice. Good kept toilets. Kids can watch movies in reception you can lie down in your dentist Chair watch movies while they do the work nice and relaxing well coming atmosphere. Parking at the rear of the practise.
