She catered the session to everyone one of us in the room, whether a complete beginner or wanting a challenge. Her fun yet supportive approach was perfect.    Don't be put off by the industrial area and giant roller door. Waiting inside is the warmest most welcoming community you could imagine. Whatever you're looking for out of pole dance, you will find it at Altitude. Fitness, fun, friends and f...antastic instructors. Get yo mind out of the gutter. Genuinely a wonderful hobby even if you're just looking for something to get you out of the house for a few hours a week.

   Altitude redwood has an incredibly supportive community. Especially if you've never done pole before. The ladies here, are wonderful and so welcoming. No one cares about what you wear, size, coordination or how old you are. The range of instructors, class types and times are flexible so you can find something that suits you and your lifestyle. It also enables you to try new classes (like a heels 101!). Their pricing scheme is transparent and a few options available. They have occasional deals and promotions that make it more cost effective. Keep your eyes peeled :)
