   I’m extremely disappointed with the way my friend, my partner, and I were treated at Four Square. My friend, who is 21 and showed valid ID (a foreign driver’s licence and digital copy of passport), was refused service because staff assumed they were underage. When my partner politely asked why my friend had been refused, he explained that I am disabled, on crutches, and unable to carry a crate of beer. Despite this explanation, staff still refused service and even threatened to call the police and ban us just for asking questions. Later, when I came into the shop, staff assumed I was a proxy buyer, even though I am a local customer they see regularly. This shows unreasonable assumptions, disrespectful treatment based on nationality, and a failure to provide reasonable accommodation for a disabled customer. The whole experience was upsetting, intimidating and unnecessary. I left my number for the manager to call back, but have not received any response. I hope Four Square reviews their management and training so customers (including disabled ones) are treated fairly, with respect, and with common sense.

   A BIG shout-out to Raglan 4 Square Not only they donate exercise books for all the junior school. But Now they're out in the parking lot with an umbrella to escort their customers to and from their cars in the rain. Too Much bros great kiwi spirit all goodness to yous

   I visited this grocery store a couple of times during my holiday stay in Raglan a few weeks ago. Parking was terrible both times. Got blocked by a loading truck on the way out once and then nearly got hit by a forklift because the guy was driving so fast in the customer parking space. Lack of safety awareness and care. Maybe the locals are familiar and more understanding. No issues with stock and staff other than parking and driving staff who were operating at the time.

   A well stocked market. Busy carpark I have not lowered the grade but I can assure you a packet of pork and apple sausages bloated with gas is not a manufacturing fault to be ignored. The staff member said it happened before. Acid and gas forming bacteria are a sign of spoilage.

   Friendly, accommodating staff. We were from out of town but the experience was very pleasant. Limited space inside with trolleys but the excellent service and staff make up for it. Thank you!
