Exceptional Service in a Difficult Time I arrived in New Zealand having just lost my Nan, and was unexpectedly called upon to MC her funeral. I needed a stylist who could help me feel confident and look my best for the occasion. I was fortunate to secure an appointment at Envy salon within two days, Sonja was absolutely amazing. She went above and beyond to ensure I looked and felt incredible. I highly recommend anyone in need of a hairstylist to visit the team at Envy. They made such a positive impact, and Iβll definitely be back next time Iβm in Tauranga.
I got my hair done a little bit ago by Natalka and I was sooo happy with the result, wish I met a hairdresser like that for my graduation prom haha. She told me more about the care I should give to my hair and apart from that we were chatting the whole time. Apart from the great care I received from her the studio was clean, friendly and light. Will be coming back
I enjoined having my haircut. Was realitivly happy with the haircut. Personally, if someone likes their hair cut a certain way I'd be more inclined to take their request a bit more seriously, I've got autism and made sure my hair dresser was aware from the get go and my requests where dismissed as my hair dresser felt her experience was enough of a reason to use to not listen to my requests of how I like and prefer my haircut, and that was the only down fall.
10/10 absolutely recommend! I saw Jenny, and she is absolutely amazing! Gave me exactly what I wanted. I will continue to see Jenny in the future. Love love love βοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈβοΈ
It has recently changed ownership. Previous owners were amazing, I've only been here once since new owners took over and it was fine. Felt like I wasn't really listened to when explaining what i wanted and my haircut isn't 'exactly' what i wanted but it's still good and works for me.
I went to Envy Salon on Wednesday and had an awesome experience. The staff were so friendly and I absolutely loved how my hair turned out. Would highly recommend and will probably be going back. I have gotten a few compliments on my hair which I am very happy about. βΊοΈ
Emily was amazing!! She sure knows her blonde colouring! And gave me an lovely styled cut , would recommend!!!
Visited ENVY Salon today, I was really looking forward to having my hair sorted after working the whole way through lockdown. I met Shannon today who did an awesome colour & I feel fantastic. Thanks heaps Shannon I love my hair :)
