Great play area for the kids!! Sweet upgrades have been done as well. Coffee is good! the free wifi for parents to use helps the time pass while the kids run around.
We had our Son's 5th birthday on Saturday night as a private function, great venue, great service. Kids all had the best time
Such a great indoor playground. This has been recently renovated and the new playground additions/replacements are amazing. The interactive ball pit is a hit for the kids with the different pipes and passages for the balls to go in. The light up slides are very cool too! This was the perfect place to play on a rainy day. The kids were entertained for hours and the cafe kept the adults going with the great coffees and other drinks! I love that they have a designated play area for under 4s aswell so they can explore and play safely behind a gate but also with age appropriate activities. Definitely the best indoor play space in Hamilton for young kids.
Much easier for the larger parent to enjoy with the toddlers. Play is enjoyed by all ages. Everything is 'hands on' Fabulous to view. No uneccessarily noisey apparatus. Hand/eye co ordination segments are visually appealing.
Brought our 2 granddaughters for the first time aged nearly 2 and 4 and a half. They loved all the equipment. Only a few items needed small repairs. Food purchased for lunch great and good variety. Staff very welcoming and smiling. Keep up the good work
My boys love going here, they always have a blast. Coffee and food is also great. Been to a few birthday parties and it's awesome.
The facilities were absolutely booked out and so busy, but the staff were working so hard to make everyone happy and there was no standing around. Nothing we asked was too much, and even when we had a last minute child turn up that hadn’t RSVPed it was no problem to add them to our party booking, and adding a place setting to the table. the staff were so helpful and attentive. I couldn’t have asked for a better day for my five-year-old son’s birthday. The food was great. The room was great. the whole experience far did my expectations. I want to say a huge thank you to everyone that was working today to make it special as they were completely run off their feet but still did an amazing job. Thanks again
Very expensive for what you get, kids are constantly being told off, parents are no longer allowed to help their little ones up and down the equipment anymore apparently! Staff was so rude about my partner trying to get our daughter down, who was crying, he was told off several times. Food was not great for the price, would be much better if people were allowed to being their own food and drinks in for the price your paying.
My grandchildren have all loved playing at Chipmunks, it's huge, it's warm (but not too warm!) with lots of freedom to explore all the nooks and crannies. Loving the upgrade, with new flooring, new activities and age appropriate areas. As a grandparent I'm confident they're safe and I love watching them play actively! Not bad coffee for grown ups either!
