   So I went in here tonight, and everything in the chiller was warm, so I didn't buy anything . The guy outside, obviously a part of this firm, checked my bag, I told him that his products inside were all warm, and to check their thermostat and tidy this up.    Rip off owners!! Rude & worst service I've ever experienced. They wouldn't sell me their wine at the sale price even though the sale price was still on display which I showed them. They didn't care & still expected me to pay full price. Thankfully the customers around me supported me so they eventually sold them to me at the sale price. Learn the law & don't be so greedy!! In response, if I was crazy, nobody would have helped me & they all did. You two were unreasonably stressed out & were the only insane people in your store last night. You're just greedy rip offs. Add liar to your list of dispicable traits. I was not shouting.You only sold them to me because of the pressure of the other customers helping you see the error of your ways. You should learn the NZ law before you run a business. You should also learn what blackmail means & which context to use it in. PS I am totally enjoying the wine which I purchased at the advertised price :)
