   There are very few businesses left that welcome their customers into their store, as well as maintaining a helpful and friendly manner!! In fact I don't think it exists anymore!! Especially the up and coming younger generation!! When I walked into the store I was greeted with a hello smile, as well as asked if I needed help with anything!! You are both extremely professional business people. I commend you for making me feel welcome and acknowledging me!! It makes such a huge difference!!

   ordered beers on uber eats got sent the wrong product and also out of date product, phoned them up the dude was rude said nothing he can do as he's on his own! would give 0 star if i could not only did they send me the wrong beers when i put do not replace let me choose they then sent me out of date beers, joke of a shop

   Not sure how they are on physical store but, I would recommend NOT TO ORDER from their online store for the following reasons. (1) Prices are shown without tax so you will get a surprise at check out stage. (2) They might ignore your order all together for about 1 week until you give them a call, as it happened to me. (3) After getting a reminder call from you, they may tell you that product will be dispatched immediately but it actually means 2 days later. (4) Upon following up, the person attending your call will repeat that he does not know anything and the “boss” is the only one transacting online. They will ignore your phone call if you keep calling them. They will literally hang up on you, plain rude. Absolutely horrible customer service. I finally got the product more than 16 days after I placed the order. No parcel tracking number supplied. In conclusion, trust me; save time, money and patience. Do not place an online order with these guys.

   My bro. This new dude the old man that's working here every now and then he is straight up rude, he's a real c..t. we purchase absolute vodka all the time, and the owner let us grab it and wed have good conversations, But this dude yells at everyone, goes off his nut. I done a click and collect when I went to collect showed him all the details on my ph, he said come back tomorrow coz he don't do that... he was the only one there. I stopped going here for a few moths went back tonight and ol dude was still having big mf heartattacks. Still love the owner and his awesome wife I will just shop here went I really need to now

   This shop has an amazing, extensive range of spirits. The staff are knowledgeable of the products in store. The staff are super lovely, and they have good opening hours - great for popping in on your way home from work! The chiller is super chilly, quite refreshing on these hotter days.

   Went to buy 2 1L bottles of Spiced Canadian Club @ $45.99 each. In store was listed as $49.99 and was told the price listed on their website was an online only price, yet I just check again now and nothing to suggest the difference. Even worse is the options of Shop instore, click & collect, or online. Can't count on their pricing, so they can't count on my custom.
