   Our daughter were in this swim school for about a year, it was a great experience from the start with particular tutor being skilled and with a great approach. But then we moved one level up and stucked at certain skill level not moving anywhere for 2.5 terms. The reason I've seen was a tutor who wasn't doing much. Just seing how other tutors around show the technic and talk to kids was a big difference. I complained to administrator through email and the answer was pretty rude, in short words they think the staff is great and me asking too much. I gave them some more time, but that didn't change anything. We had school lessons next on the other school and I've seen huge difference in how the other school approaches. Without any doubts we switched the school - I'm so glad we did. In the other school my daughter in about a year time my daughter moved from level 4 to 7. The facilities are good, the administrator lady is not so friendly.

   My 6 months old baby girl recently started her swimming lessons at Kings, from day one when we walked in the door, the staff and instructor were extremely friendly and helpful, the baby changing rooms are excellent. My girl loves her swimming lesson each week - highly recommended!

   Swimming is the highlight of our week! My son started swimming lesson at Kings for 6 months now. The first lesson was at 3 months old and he loved it from day one. Every lesson has been on time, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. The facilities for babies are great - too many change tables to count. I really like that they also have a user friendly app. Thanks Jess, Paula, and Mel.

   We had an amazing first experience here yesterday. The admin staff were extremely helpful and very friendly when helping us book in for my baby’s lesson. On arrival, the staff were welcoming and kind. The lesson itself was fantastic, the instructor was clearly very skilled, positive, and fun in the water. I could tell the instructors knew all of the children well, greeting them as they passed by, checking in, and asking how they were. The whole atmosphere had such a positive and friendly vibe.

   Kings swim school staff are so incredibly lovely, helpful and accommodating . The facilities are very clean and family orientated. I couldn't recommend a better swim school to send your child to!

   The school coach is still very good! The charging standard is the overlord clause! Mandatory fees during the Covid-19.The front desk is very unfriendly! Compared with the previous Japanese front desk, it is too different.Frustrated every day! In short, I will never go to this school to learn swim again!
