Great customer service. Ordered lipgloss online (at a great price) and I requested to do a pick up purchase option. Didn't realize they were closed for the break. Got a personal call checking when would work for me to come in and get it and they would work around me. Delighted by the whole experience and the product as expected with a nice extra Xmas treat and bag - all that extra mile I didn't expect. Wish I had nails that I could get done here! But will keep purchasing from nails and more for other goodies. Keep up the wonderful communication and customer service.

Purchased online some unscented Cuticle oil for my nails. Lots of scented ones too but I prefer unscented . Very reasonably priced and very nice. It arrived within a few days. Had some Easter eggs with it , both a surprise and a good reason to start my diet next Monday. The cuticle pens were individually wrapped beautifully and the whole experience was a joy. Including the person Who I exchanged texts with. Will definitely be back for more and would highly recommend.

Love my nails but can't handle how rough she is with filing I had very sore fingers and wee sores from cutting the cuticle and filing the skin around the nail. Trying somewhere else next time
A lovely friend shouted me this manicure and what a relaxing enjoyable experience it was. Great conversation, inviting atmosphere and loved my nails. Will definitely make some me time again and go back.
