   Love my nails, they are almost replica's of my inspiration photo. Annie always gives the best product and she even gave some of her day off just to do my acrylics. The price is definitely worth it. :)

   10/10. She is so sweet and extremely talented. My first time getting my nails professionally done and Annie did not disappoint. I love how fast and efficient she is while maintaining the quality of her work. Definitely coming back!

   I had really high hopes for this place as my friends come here and I saw good things on Tiktok, plus Annie is super lovely. However the first time I went for a pedicure and gel manicure with extensions, it was very pretty but the edges of the extensions were not glued, leaving gaps. She told me to come back in 3 weeks for infills, I booked a week in advance a week later so I could have fresh nails for a special occasion that week, hoping for nail art and a fresh pedicure. A few days before the appointment a nail broke but because of the gaps I could easily pop them off. I came to my appointment only to find I’d been either double booked or she hadn’t booked the full time, so she had to rush between clients and not do the pedicure. She was very lovely and apologetic about this, though she tried to convince me I didn’t need a pedicure even though my toes were clearly overgrown and chipped. She offered a discount for nail art in the future, but in the end I left with heavily glued rushed nails, no nail art or pedicure, powder everywhere, and even a damaged area where she filed off part of the colour from rushing. The place is not hygienic, she doesn’t clean between clients which is concerning. Based on the good experiences I’ve heard, she must do a really great job for certain clients, but if she’s rushed or stressed from overbooking then it she will likely leave you with a botched job, or at least that’s what I and a few other clients here seem to have experienced.

   I’ve been going to Annie for a few years now and i’ve loved every experience. Not only is she super lovely and friendly, but also very professional and talented at what she does. I always leave the salon feeling confident about myself and loving my nails. Always an awesome experience and she has never ever been rude. She’s the best, and i’ll keep coming back for sure!

   Horrible service. I booked a month and a half in advance for my ball nails and sent her photos of what I wanted. Two weeks before my appointment I asked her if she's got any appointments available for two as my best friends nail tech lady just had her baby and wasn't going to do nails for a bit which is understandable. She changed the booking times 5 times from 4pm to 12:30pm to 1pm then 1:30pm and then back to 1pm THE NIGHT BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT. After I politely told her I will attempt at going somewhere else as she was clearly not to do my nails considering her lack of commitment to one set time which was booked a month and a half in advance. She then agreed to keep it at 1pm. Went to my appointment and while doing my pinky finger she asked which one of us she was messaging and when I said it was myself she started filing very aggressively and hurt my fingers leaving my fingers tips bleeding. The design wasn't at all what I wanted and when I asked her to please fix them after having a panic attack outside because of the stress and feeling overwhelmed she then told me that I shouldn't be so fussy with my nails and I quote "you white girls are so picky and my worse customers" I stood up and left absolutely fuming as I was gonna pay $70-$85 for nails I wasn't happy with. first two photos are what I got. Not one is the same shape, length or even applied straight. She also told me my fingers are crooked and that's why my nails will not look right.
