   I've debated whether to post this but their lack of response to my email from weeks ago has prompted me to do this. I went in to collect some meds at the dispensary the other week, and experienced the worst service I've ever had, from one of the female workers there. It seems like they cannot tolerate any negative customer feedback, and there was absolutely no reasoning with her. I attempted to be diplomatic, I even apologised if I had misinterpreted anything. However, she remained stubborn and unprofessional. Whilst speaking with her manager, who she offered to get for me, she made some completely unprofessional snarky comments on the sideline, about me to him. Her reaction uneccessarily escalated this interaction into something much worse than it should have been. Perhaps some staff could do with some training in dealing with customer feedback with professionalism.

   I wouldn't go near this place! The attached photo shows what they think of the law. They are illegally using designated mobility parks for waste bins. If they have so little respect for the law, perhaps you should shop elsewhere as goodness knows what else they are doing. When challenged by a disabled person, their staff laughed and then walked away! They have also failed to answer numerous emails asking for an explanation. They show absolutely no respect for customers. Keep away!

   I like this place, Ive got medical advice from the chemist friendly as. I accidentally put a pill cutter in my pocket and walked out because I had heaps of stuff. Got to the mall and put my hand in my pocket and thought oh no. I ran straight back and said sorry about this here's your money. They were sweet, no problem thanks for honesty. So just good people.

   I was planning to purchase body lotion,at riccarton, today (17/11/21) at 7:30pm, and I was rudely interrupted by a staff member from the counter. I was trying to smell the scent of the body lotion and he came up to me and I was highly offended by the way he spoke to me. He was very sarcastic and at the end of our conversation he insulted me by saying "use your brain". If he had come up to me and politely and told me to not smell the product I would be happy to comply. And even though he was rude, I still apologized. This is incredibly unacceptable and inappropriate behaviour in regards to customer service.

   Free prescription which is what everyone likes. There is usually a decent line and quite busy during peak hours. Its a good idea to phone in and ask for them to get your prescription ready. The store itself has a decent range of products for your pharmaceutical needs.
