Iqra is an accomplished therapist. Had a lovely facial, which also included a head, shoulder and hand massage. The products used were great for my sensitive skin and had a lovely natural fragrance and feel. The only thing I would recommend is if the lighting could have been dimmed a little, but I may well have fallen asleep! So relaxing - would definitely recommend.
