Highly recommend to all. Awesome service and pricing this morning when getting my volume set of lashes and my gel x nails done!! Best place I have been to in along time that ticks all boxes for me. Excellent service the all time I was there. Offered to make me a hot drink twice. Very happy about prices on lashes and also great prices on nails.
Visited this salon for acrylic nails and eyelash extensions this week to find an entire new team of staff since my last visit in 2024. Were pleasently surprised , the customer service is A+, I were offered a hot drink as soon as I sat down , staff brought out a personal box which they named and dated for buffer and filing boards which are my individual manicure tools which will only be used for me, felt really special through out visit, they had quite a few people come through for walk ins and staff tried their best to accomodate them. My acrylics nail were done beautifully and also got eyelash extensions (cat eye) they were perfect ,eyebrows waxed and tinted-superb . Salon was clean and organized and my overall experience was fantastic
Sometimes i get really good eyelashes and sometimes really bad. They need to focus on one customer at a time instead of tryna do 2 people at once.
I’ve been wanting to try Riverside Nails for awhile now and I’m glad I did, they didn’t disappoint. Awesome friendly service! I arrived an hour before closing time for a set of acrylics with gel, the staff were so lovely and accommodating regardless of the time.
Normally great for lashes but extremely disappointing when your lashes get done and within 3 days most of them fall out so you come back to have them fixed and get charged full price. I felt with the set that fell out fast I was rushed at the time cause right away after being done you could tell they where uneven this was after waiting 30mins past my appointment time to be seen I won’t be returning after spending $160 in 6 days on lashes
Don’t get the new girl to do you’re lashes, she did the wrong size, took 1 hour an 40 minutes to do, the extensions are stuck on my eyelashes so that’s how you know they aren’t glued/positioned properly. Not qualified I bet, never wasting my money on a service that can’t do the job correctly and safely!! What a shocker
Always a pleasant experience every visit here at this nail and beauty studio.. Highly recommend my girl "Jena" absolutely love the work she does with my lash extensions waxing & brows.
I love getting my eyelashes, and eye brows from here My family & myself have been getting them done from the river side nail salon for 6/5 years and never had any complaints, lovely company and they make you feel so comfortable and welcoming.
Always love coming here for my lashes, time management was an issue however the new owners have implemented a booking system! 5 stars for Cherry and her girls and 5 stars for new owners ❤️
