Alittle nerves with a male, but Jay, Roybn and team with the environment put me at easy...    BOOK WITH JAY BECAUSE .... I have been a client of Vital Balance for more years than I can count now. I have referred many of my friends and family over this time and will continue to do so . One thing that is always easy to answer when asked "who do I book with? " is "anyone" so this review brings me to the amazing Jay . Was I hesitant to try and male massage therapist ? Yes I was . As someone whose experiences have made it difficult over my lifetime to chose a male therapist let me tell you that Jay is an amazing therapist and healer . He is able to put mind and body at ease and this results in feeling safe ,relaxation and feeling seen and heard . Not everyone possesses all these skills together but Jay certainly does . So my advice is if you need full self care do not hesitate to book in with Jay . Your mental and physical health will thank you for it .

   Absolutely stunning set-up and beautiful embellishments of the natural character of the house. To me, Vital Balance is a magical RnR centre paired with wonderful and caring staff. This centre is run by Robyn who has a fantastic reputation in the body & mind therapy field. She comes highly recommended by Sunflower Therapies health and wellness centre (located on the same road) and all communications with her are friendly and caring. She also went out of her way to help co-ordinate the several various beauty treatments i was seeking- in a last minute booking i requested the night before!! MY BOOKING: My therapist Farah was absolute delight and i felt safe in the hands of a friendly professional. She knew exactly what she was doing and took great care of me. The quickest and least painful wax I've ever had done on my Braz and Armpits, thank god! Also- they have herbal teapot that is the cutest!!! Love the entire vibe here. Couldn't recommend enough! Book ahead to ensure you get a spot!
