   I am very happy with the service provided by the pharmacy. They went out of the way to contact me and give me advice and help me out with running out of pills over a long weekend It's a bit awkward not being able to pick up your own prescriptions because I I am not allowed to drive for one year, Due to surgery on my brain. They made special effort to tell me that they could help drop off my medications if I can't get them dropped off by other ways I'm very happy that they were there to help me

   I appreciate the friendly and professional way in which I am treated by everyone at the Pegasus Pharmacy. I value the relationship that is created here between staff and myself as a client, this is far more valuable than going to a 'warehouse' type pharmacy where you are just a transaction.    I have used Pegasus Pharmacy a lot lately and have never had a problem here. Friendly, efficient and helpful staff. It's great to get good, informative service. I was wearing my mask as required to keep myself and staff safe it's not that hard to do, so I was pleased to read that the previous review person was asked to wear hers as required. Well done ladies!

   Pharmacist is rude! This morning I visited the doctors & had a prescription to collect. I was asked to wear a mask in the doctors but removed it when I went into the pharmacy. I had a prescription for antibiotics, the pharmacist asked if I had an infection, I have a skin condition not Covid-19. I was told put your mask back in & sit on the chair in the corner. Her manner was disgusting, no customer deserves to be spoken to like that. Perhaps she was just having a bad day. Be kind to your customers!!
