    Dreadful experience from the tall long haired guy at checkout. He persistently kept calling out very loudly some sort of greeting and because I was over the other side of the store and I'm hard of hearing his voice was persistent and extremely annoying. At the counter he was very dismissive put my items back in the basket despite having an obvious shopping bag. When I inquired why he yelled out to people so much he said something about he needed to eyeball every shopper etc....as it was his responsibility to ensure people knew that they were seen.....for what reason? And forgoodness sake why so loud and annoying. As well.. I was over charged $10. So passive aggressive. I definitely won't be going back.

    This store was fantastic before COVID. The staff are great, but now the shelves are often bare, or missing items advertised as on special. This is frustrating for customers.

    Used to be ok, however latest prescription pick ups have been met with arrogance and ignorance. Chemist Warehouse from now on, way better service and professionalism there.

    Went in there last night and as soon as walked in the door the lady at the counter took instant judgement and followed my daughter and i around the shop and everytime we stopped she is would you like help. Come on women we no you were watching us made it pretty obvious. once we decided on a perfume to purchase she was reluctant to help us and mucked around to get the key. ended up making a substantial purchase but will never walk into that store again. Learn to not always judge a book by its cover and her attitude and way spoken to was appaling

    Went into collect my script, and YET again one staff to give you script, 8 people in queues. The 3 staff at checkout said they are not allowed to help , WHY ???? Not good

    Terrible service when I tried to get a refund for a not so cheap product I purchased that did not work, I had the receipt, was shouted at & spoken to like I was stupid by the manager who said it's just 'buyer beware' in other words 'too bad' & had my receipt thrown back at me. I was a regular customer & will not be going back.

    Not great service here. I've been in twice to get something, and they've told me that it's not in stock, instead of helping me to look for it. The first time, the staff member said they didn't sell saline. I went to look anyway and found heaps of it. This time, I asked where the glycerol is. She looked confused, then promptly told me they don't have it. When I said it was in stock online, she told me to go and ask at the counter, and walked off. Super unhelpful. When I got to the counter there was nobody there, so I left and bought it at a proper pharmacy where they were actually helpful.

    Wanted this Bargain Chemist to price match a product with Chemist Warehouse. And even though i had the proof of price on Chemist Warehouse letterhead, they would not match it. They are no good and rude so go to a chemist who are nicer and more professional
