Very tidy and clear aisles. Staff super busy. At prescription counter staff all heads down working. Phone ringing and attempts made to answer it between servings customers. The man who served me was lovely
Place has just about everything. Every time I have been to one of of these places I have had to ask for assistance to find something. Otherwise the staff are friendly and helpful.
very sour staff members had to wait for my 3 year old prescription which the lady said be 20min wait. as i was waiting my son ask for the toilet so i saw one at the back so i walk over to it. i got grump at by a staff member not very friendly at all. she finally let him used the toilet. i’m not a shop lifter wouldn’t go back to your store. the way she made me felt was gross
Don’t even deserve single star. I have rang them to confirm if the medication is ready to be picked up and they told me yes but when I went there it was ready. And the same thing has happened twice before. Every time I had to wait there for more than 35 minutes.
Traveled quite a way to get my flu vac that I'd booked online for, along with email confirmation, only to be told they're not doing vaccinations on that day. Wasted time and money getting there. Staff were lovely, but I wont be booking a flu vac there again.
I get my prescribed medical prescription every three months. No Hassall's staff very polite.
Tricky to find the item I was after and staff weren't very approachable, slightly cheaper than elsewhere though
No issues with the service of this pharmacy, very helpful and polite however I'm totally organized and get my prescription sent well in advance so can't comment on urgent pickups
Fantastic range of chemist supplies. Staff and owner very helpful and good advise. Good parking.
Told script would be 20m, came back after 35m, told not ready, watched both Pharmacy staff repeatedly serve other people. When asked why not ready after 45m ONLY then were the meds taken from shelves! Took nearly 1hr on a quiet Sunday morning. Very poor service
