   Was recommended by RV world to contact Jewel Refrigeration regarding solar 12 volt fridge playing up. So I rang to ask if it was possible to have a 12 volt solar fridge looked at. Obviously I was happy to pay for this assessment. Woman who answered the phone told me they were too busy and to take it else where! Wow. Would not want her fronting my business.

   I decided not to use this business purely because of the poor reception by the lady running the front desk, very arrogant and very rude. I was not greeted well at all, tried to communicate the issue I was having with my fridge only to be interupted and shut down before I could even get to finish. Would not recommend at all do your self a big favour and avoid this place. Definitely not good customer service.

   Very poor customer service . The lady at the reception is all about her . Most arrogant and rude person ever . Don’t deal with this company . They came for a inspection of a water dispenser which was leaking from the side and being a bucket if you overfill the water should the water leak from the side or the spill out the top? Waste of my money and time .
