   Awful. Do not go anywhere near this organisation if you have other options. Revolving staff. Contradicting specialist advice. Zero customer service. No communication/answers/replies. Lost client history with no records of last few years on file!? No recognition or understanding of the needs of the customer at all. Wow. A.complete shambles. Stay away.

   Long waiting time if you’re Referred there for ACC - Mixed levels of experience from the podiatrists, they weren’t able to make me what I needed to support my injured feet and seemed a bit lost - was disappointed after a long time waiting

   The Orthotics centre was amazing very helpful and a very positive place to be. It was great that It was acknowledged that we were there for my daughter and she was the one being asked questions and spoken to rather than me having to speak for her. She was listened to and given 2 different types of Orthotics to use in her different everyday activities. They were explained to her very well she knew which ones to wear when and why they were different. She has had no issue with her feet or had to miss any physical activity since getting her Orthotics. She is a very happy girl Thank you.
