Dr Kathy is a absolute legend very genuine and understanding cares the absolute most about my interests and problems never had a bad experience and costumer service is very good
Dr Shand was my doctor. I could never get an appointment with her when i needed. If there were appointments available, it was either becaquse she was away and Dr Kennedy was filling in her her. Ive been going to Dr Kennedy for a while now, which hasn't been great. He lectures me on everything. Makes me feel like i'm dumb. Dr shand when i was seen by her always rushed i felt like i couln't finish my sentenced as she would take over me like she knows my problem without hearing me out first. I don't feel happy with their service, as wanting to book an appoint with my gp was unreliable, only appoinments available days and weeks later, and not when i needed it. The recpetionists are lovely in person, but not over the phone.
Long-time client of this practice. Receptionist Ruth always greets me with a warm, friendly smile and is a true professional. The Dr's vary in my experience, but I have learned who I need to book in to see depending upon what I need from the visit.
Would not recommend dr shand if you like your doctor to hear you out on whatever it is that brought you in. I timed an appt with her once and she rushed me out of the room within 4 minutes. Promptly changed doctors after that.
Receptionist friendly and professional ( especially our caring Doctor) when it comes to our family's health she leaves no stone unturned !
My family has been with this clinic for over 5 years now and we're very happy with their service. Our GP is Dr Kathy Davey. She and her team have always been very welcoming, full of empathy for whatever ailments we presented and always try their best to help us. We have seen the fees risen over the years but they do have payment plan if you can't pay the fees right away. Discuss with reception for details. Hence why we only go there if urgent need arise!
I do feel rushed through when I go but they do it with a smile and friendliness... Is $49 standard for enrolled patients these days?! I might look around but I'm not unhappy with them... Just broke.
