Lovely shop, but the customer service was completely atrocious. Was with my mother and we were both ignored no help offered by any of the staff members on.
Just had the best time shopping at this store today with the most gorgeous ladies who really made my shopping experience a joy :)
Lovely shop and I love the range. Staff were ok but didnt offer to help when in changing room re another size etc. Friendly at the checkout. Will be back next time I am at the Mount.
Love the clothes here but this is the second time I have been in and just completely ignored - it doesn't feel good. Not even a hi last time I went in, the ladies aren't that keen to help, not sure why! I am going to avoid the store now and just buy online.
I am continually disappointed by the lack of customer service offered in-store. Surely with 3 staff on, it wouldnβt be too hard for someone to come and check things are ok in the dressing room/offer to get another size etc. I love the Augustine offering but the customer service definitely could do with some work, especially when spending $200 on a dress. Itβs been consistent for a while now and Iβve just about given up as feel frustrated every-time I leave about the lack of care and flat experience
Unfortunately had a bad experience on Friday. My sister down from Auckland and we love shopping in Augustine. She found a dress in the sale area with other colors of the same style also, when we went to buy the assistant said its not on sale and then looked on the website to say somtimes they only go on sale for a couple of days then full price again. So didnt do anything else about it and lost the sale. Sad that the customer service wasnt there as its not the customers fault that the 4 staff on didnt remove non sale clothes. Disappointed vist.
Best staff ever!! I've never owned a dress in my life but have been drooling over Augustine pieces for ages. Finally, with the amazing Tanya's help, I own my very first dress!! And I LOVE it!!!
