   This was the most devastating salon experience of my life. I went in for a so-called “professional” straightening treatment, and instead my hair was completely burned and ruined. The damage is so severe that I have been told it may take me at least three years, and thousands of dollars in treatments, just to recover some of what I lost. What made it even worse was the manager’s shocking and unprofessional behavior. When I said I would complain legally, she threatened me over the phone and told me I could do nothing. She even warned that if I came to the store and spoke she would trespass me. Rather than showing responsibility or care, they tried to brush it off with a simple refund while ignoring the severe pain, regret, and long-term damage they caused me. I am left devastated by the damage and the way I was treated. Please, do not go to this salon. The hurt, the regret, and the loss I have suffered are beyond words. Save yourself from the same nightmare.

   After years of self "styling" and self colouring, my hair was just a mess. I had the privilege of Phoebe being my hair stylist and Phoebe achieved what I thought was impossible. I left with the exact style I wanted and feeling like a million bucks. My hair was soft, styled and felt and looked great. All of the staff are incredibly friendly and professional and the store its self has a wonderful décor and atmosphere.

My appointment was today, not only was I extremely happy with the results of my blonde, Sean was knowledgeable and asked all the right questions, the salon service was warm and friendly. Highly recommended!

   This place is amazingggg! Sean and the team really make you feel looked after. I have been here for a ladies cut twice now and Sean gave me the exact haircut I was looking for both times! I had really damaged hair and he made it look super fab! Thank you so much!!! Would definitely recommend this place if you’re looking to change up your hairstyle at all - you will be in good hands :-D
