Staff are incredibly friendly. They were recently posted on a TikTok video. They were quick to accommodate him and help him with his request (to blow dry his hair) they did it for free with a friendly service. This is a community business worth supporting. Keep up the good work.
I had a QiQi hair straightening treatment done at Hillcrest Hair Design, and I’m absolutely thrilled with the results! Kirat was a true professional — she made sure I felt comfortable and well looked after throughout the entire process. She offered expert advice and did an amazing job on my hair. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was top-notch. Best of all, the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Kirat and Hillcrest Hair Design to anyone looking for quality hair care and exceptional service!
I have had my hair highlights done in this salon for years. The results are always fantastic. All of the staff have been great so it's a real treat to visit. I am particularly impressed with Kirat. She is a skilled, professional hairdresser, and just an all-out lovely person.
Paid $320 for highlights and left with this, went back and they did a toner but did not fix the mistake, had to pay another $360 to get it fixed at another hairdresser, no refund was offered.
The staff me took really great care with my hair. The treatment was professional and there was a nice vibe. Definitely going again when I'm in Hamilton next. Thank you for taking great care of me :)

Just went in to see what they do and ended up getting Qiqi seriously straight hair treatment done by Kirat and she did an awesome job with my short but very thick hair. I am loving my new hair. Highly recommend

I got the Qiqi Hair Straightening hair treament with Kirat today. I am so over the moon with my results and the service I received. Kirat was so kind, thorough and accommodating. I was only there for the hair straightening treatment(which did include a full sized Qiqi shampoo/masque to take home). During the hair straightening part of the service, she asked when was the last time I cut my hair and I told her it was a couple of months ago and I had done it myself. She kindly pointed out that my ends were uneven, I asked her if it was possible for her to even out my ends and that I was willing to pay for that. I asked/expected a blunt/straight across cut but she rounded my ends out just so that I could still keep as much of my length as possible. My hair is phenomenal, the results are stunning. Once the natural state of my hair grows back out I will be back to see Kirat again.
